MN Ironman Bike Ride is now The Freebike.
For 2025, we put the brakes on the Freebike ride so we can fully focus on our mission of getting more kids on bikes!
Free Bikes 4 Kidz MN is the organization that puts on Freebike, formerly The Ironman, to help fund our mission of giving bikes to kids in need.
We are doubling down and trying to get more kids on bikes this year, so we will not be running the Freebike event this summer.
We hope to bring some version of Freebike to life next year and hope to see you there.
This year, we hope to see you collecting, refurbishing, and donating bikes for kids.
Every kid on a bike is only possible with your support. $50 gives a kid a bike and a helmet, make a donation today to show your commitment to those kids and support FB4KMN in continuing to show up in our community.

Just $35 gives a kid a bike and a helmet. Your donations help Free Bikes 4 Kidz MN provide bikes to kids most in need. Add an extra donation to your registration fee – or gather your friends and co-workers and form a fundraising team! Start Fundraising!
Come For The Ride, Stay For The Party
After your ride, enjoy food, music and fun in the warehouse district of Minneapolis. Bring the family and celebrate your ride with a post ride block party. The ride ends at the Fulton’s taproom, so excellent post ride beverages, food and music will be ready when you finish.
