MN Ironman Bike Ride & Big Taste of Fun Festival – June 17, 2023

The Ironman Bike Ride, which started in 1967, is the longest running bike ride in Minnesota. So, register for one of our 4 ride routes and then plan to make it a day at the Big Taste of Fun Festival. It’s a great time to see all that Shakopee has to offer.

We’re planning a safe, exciting experience in Shakopee for the whole family.

  • 4 epic routes – 30 miles, 60 miles, 100 miles and a family fun 5-mile ride
  • Party post ride at The Big Taste of Fun Festival in Shakopee
  • Raise donations to help kids get bikes – Benefitting Free Bikes 4 Kidz MN (501(c)3 nonprofit)

We look forward to welcoming you back to the MN Ironman Bike Ride this summer!

About the ride

The MN Ironman Bike Ride has a route for everyone in beautiful Scott County! With distances ranging from 5 to 100 miles, we have challenges that will put smiles on everyone’s faces. Our 5-mile family ride on the winding Minnesota River Valley Trail gives even the littlest pedaler a ride to remember, and the longer routes showcase the best roads south of the river.

Ride Routes

  • 30-35 mile Ramble
  • 100km (62-mile) Metric Century
  • 100 mile Century

Family fun Ride

The family fun ride is a 5-mile stroll along the beautiful Minesota River Valley Trail, with a family activity station at the half-way point.  Every little (and big) pedaler will love this ride.
